Alright i've been looking into getting into the offshore banking scene if you will. I found one [url=http://www.offshorelegal.org/]Panama Company[/url] that looks very promising, but i want other people's opinion before i go with them.

short and simple: don't
such things need a plan and not a shelf ready made solution but a tailor made, which they do not provide. Also never ever get everything offshore out of one hand, keep info lines tight and easy and very controlled. If you want more detailed advise you need to be prepared to give more details.
