| I have heard of buyer preferring DVP procedure which simply put means that the seller will deliver and the buyer will pay upon verification of delivery. In such cases, how do we acertain sellers that the respective buyer will pay upon delivery due to the increasing no of fraud cases ? |

Very simple. Have the buyer issue a BG or SLOC and make this a condition for the payment.
The seller is protected and the buyer is also protected. In other words, both principal parties are protected. |
