I have got a good service from Fidelity Overseas. You can find them at [link deleted by the moderator - poster's full name is required in this case, refer to the Rules of the Forum] Offshore companies, offshore bank accounts as well as offshore trusts are what they are good for.

I may not be able to help you personally, but it's as simple as doing a yahoo/google search for international/off shore banks and inquiring about those types of opportunities with certain factions of the company. I've done most of my networking through doing a simple search and then sifting through departments. Good luck!
