Hi guys! As I mentioned in a previous post, I'm an insurance sales person. . . someone who would normally be the most notorious for charging fees. However, those fees are general one time deals and if there IS anything tacked on, it's generally due to a payment being late without knowledge of the customer's struggle to pay the bill.
Anyway, I gotta wonder. . .is it really necessary for credit card companies to tack on extra interest fees like water? I feel as though they're very sneaky. On top of high interest RATES, they tack on HIGHER rates after a certain period of time where, unbeknown est to the customer, they're charged extra fees for purchases made ages ago.
Most customers don't read the fine print and while I agree that they should be cautious, I feel as though credit card companies are just being mean. What does everyone else think? _________________ Leela Carter
