We are a company located in Canada. We are interested in Offshore Banking in Cayman Islands. Is someone familiar with how this system works. How will transfers be done from offshore banks to Canada banks.
Will there be any law issues transferring large amounts of money here in Canada, do I need to become a resident of offshore city banking, or this all private?
I have heard I need to work out of the country for about 190 days a year. 187 days in Canada to not be considered a Canadian resident, does this mean I am no longer a Canadian citizen and give up my Canadian rights?
Any help is appreciated
Thank you |

| You do not loose your citizenship and banking there is not a problem, nor is transferring large amounts but you will be red flagged and the taxes will take a second look at you. If you want to do this you should have someone knowing taxes take a look. If you want more details contact me direct. |
